We respond and react to many property maintenance issues and emergencies such as door and window repairs including locks, mechanisms and closers, roof repairs, brickwork sealing, glazing, drainage issues and leaks, minor civils groundworks.
Another thing that we are asked to advise on a lot are damp & condensation issues. We believe this is because we are impartial and don’t have the vested interests of specialist damp companies! There is rarely a problem that we come across now that we haven’t seen before so are happy to advise or put together a report for you.
